Is there anyone whose COPR number is updated in Tracker but still havent received their Portal 1 mail yet ?

I've got Final decision in progress but eligibility check shows "Not started".

Call ircc, or possibly theres a system error which a lot people have spoken about, so they just send an email to the portal with the details they normally request for.

The tracker is here : https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login. However you can only login if you have received an AOR and the EP number for your application. Check with your rep if they can give you the EP number. You need other things like passport details/personal details etc then to register to this portal - This process is called GCKey linking to tracker because it will link your exisiting GCKey account to this Portal account. Your rep might be able to help you with this.

July`s application are still waiting until federals will issue AOR. So it have been already 4 moth of waiting.

I'm not sure whether this is a sort of 'ghost updates': GCKey says 'Final Decision' in progress today.

This was yesterday morning.
I'm seeing eCOPR document numbers and Background verification as completed.
