Hi,

BGC for my file is "We are processing..." since i received AOR on 17th Nov 2022 n linked GC key ac.
however last week only on AST it got change to completed. Note-Eligibility on both accounts still shows "Not started".
Does completed mean anything or what's the next step?

AFAIK, if you have PAL, that means eligibility is completed (or at least for non-ee i think). For me, AST indicates eligibility is not started whereas GCkey indicates they are reviewing. AST indicating Biometric, Medical and Background completed and given that eligibility is cleared, it means processing of the application is almost done, it should ready to finalize to make decision. Speaking of Eligibility - this should be least worring because the nomination from provincial itself certificates you're eligible. Federal VO tends to reverify your eligibility them by AD if needed.

I was looking at others timeline and noticed some folks got ecopr (starts with T) in their AST the same day when BG was completed and for some applicants, it was after couple of weeks.

Also, many applicants are waiting for portal1 for quite some time after they have ecopr in their AST. Those applicants when calling IRCC, they confirmed that they will get portal soon but how soon, no one knows except "Doctor Strange" from marvel who can predict what happens in future.

yes, it is like dying every moment, how about you? did you pass eligibility?
Yeah, we know that waiting sucks but we cannot do anything except sharing our views and keeping the hopes high and helping each other with clarifying any doubts, as per the knowledge we have.
I am in the July AR boat.

LOL. thanks for the information about the Eligibility, helped me better understand the process.

Eligibility and Security: Not Started

I called IRCC on May 26th and they told me the same thing.
don't worry about eligibility it is instant like they passed my eligibility in one day in fact 2 hours, I applied on 9th March 2022, and they haven't touched my file for 10 months straight, I sent them an email in January and they replied with an ADR I submit my adr and same day in 2 hours they pass my eligibility info sharing criminality and since then I am stuck on a security check, I can't push it through MP or can't push ircc because I am still in the time frame which is 19 months
if you just passed security it's a big relief, trust me I have seen people stuck on security for years,
eligibility is quick instant

hi i am just wondering, for non-EE applications after receiving PNP certificate,
1) should we have to create PR account and submit directly or
2) file into EE stating i have PNP certificate and wait for ITA

I understand.

Their pattern with non-ee applicants is so annoying.

Nothing is clearly defined. Everything is shrouded in secrecy.

Kinda feels like we're all left in limbo.
