When calling, don't expect to get into the queue the first 10 times as their queue is always full. You have to keep trying randomly and hope that there is at least one slot available. I dial, press 2 to avoid entering UCI, then 1 > 3 > 0. That will take you directly to the line for document replacement queue, same as customer service. - If you are lucky enough to get placed in the queue, from there the IVR will ask if you would like to request a call back to press a certain number.
