Quick question, i applied in april 2024 @Miss bee

its under OINP -> PNP -> PR
My tracker shows below
- AOR - Aug 16, 2024
- biometrics - completed - Aug 16, 2024
- Medical- completed - Jan 02, 2025
- Background check is under progress
- Eligibility has not been started yet

1. When should I be expecting the next steps completed approximately?
2. Since the timeline now changed from 13 months to 20 months, will that affect me as well? or is it just for new applicants?
3. My wp expires on dec 2025 what should i do?

Also is there a tracker or an excel sheet where i can see trends of non express entry pr applications to get a idea of how long its been taking for people?

I am also SINP nominated. I have submitted my PR application on 24.09.2024 and waiting for AOR till this moment. it means still they are processing the applications for the month of July then August and then only September.
Yes, IRCC is still processing July 30 & 31 2024 applications so far. So you can expect your AOR around April end or by May'2025 hopefully.

I guess it will mostly affect the new applicants as IRCC will have to clear the backlog first. So nowadays new applicants will have to wait much longer to receive AOR. But nevertheless, it will affect all applicants more or less.
do some research on ircc ghost agents and you will understand better

I participate in a group of 15 people with the same agent, all applicants from different dates, all with the same ADR and stuck in the same stage of eligibility in progress. Only now in January did 1 of the 15 actually start processing eligibility. This is what will happen with all applications. They will go to a ghost agent and when they want or are willing to process your application, they will do so, of course, after you have renewed your work permit once again. Whenever you call, they will give you this excuse: "We are within the deadline."

Get ready to renew your work permit as you will only receive your P.R in 2026 with the new 20-month schedule

My application is from March. I called IRCC today because it's already 6 months into the last part of eligibility and the agent told me we have 10 months to give you the answer, which is exactly 20 months.
Hang on a minute, didn’t you get your eCOPR on January 2, 2025?

Aor+adr*+bilL*+medic and is in the eligibility process for months in the group of 15, everything is the same until the adr and this agent has only approved 1 so far, 100% chance of being a ghost agent
