I have filed my Non-EE application on May 27 Everything else completed except for security check, when I called them they told me that it has not been started yet. I don't understand what's with them!!!

Hey Guys,

I applied for NB PNP NOn EE in August 2024 but no update so far. I called IRCC and they mentioned the same. My work permit expires 2026 Feb. What to do if I don’t receive PR by then how to be prepared and what are my options.

You will get your AoR by this coming or no later than next week.

@salahfowi : For sure they are processing the application submitted in the last week of July 2024. If you submitted in May 2024 then it should have been processed long back. Do check with IRCC or raise a webform

So far I had seen that only May third and fourth week applicants getting their results in every forum so I don't think they have gone to July applicants.

You have enough time so no need to worry about your status right now. Your application will be processed even before your current visa expiration. Your AoR is on the way this week hopefully and you will be PR even before May or June 2025.

But for worse scenarios I still need to be prepared in advance. Last minute I cant submit new application for anything it’ll be late. I also spoke to IRCC last week they didn’t have any update or timelines

If you have support letter from your pnp nomination you're eligible to apply for closed work permit or else you can go for bowp if you meet the conditions.

Hi, everyone
I need help on a few things.
I'm about to apply for my PNP non-express entry (federal application) and need help with what supporting documents to attach.
I'm the main applicant and I'm adding my spouse to the application.
Do I need to submit my offer letter, pay stubs, educational certificate, work permit, etc.
Note: I already submitted all these docs to the province before I got the Nomination Certificate.

I got P2 on December 20th, according to what I've seen they are taking 2-3 months for eCOPR. my stream is international student - Job offer, I was wondering when is it safe to start looking for a new job? should wait for ecopr? Thank you for your insights. @Miss bee
