I am a managing director of a an online retail company in dubai. I deal in office equipment, projectors, shredders, musical instruments etc. Will i fall under the below category? Is it eligible for express entry?

Hi My friend has a masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences and has an experience of 2 years as a Retail manager is he eligible for express entry should he be having a degree related to his work.

Will this come under NOC 0621?
Or NOC 0125, 0651, 6314?
