different NOC jobs requirement

Hi all,
I worked under different NOCs
sep 2013 - march 2016. NOC 4021
April 2016- Aug 2017. NOC 4021

July 2019 - may 2020 NOC 2242 (canada Experience)
June 2020- till date NOC 0621(canada Experiene)

my doubt is can i work as Retail and wholesale trade managers(NOC 0621) and claim the points because I don't have any experience/qualification in this field.
Employment requirements for 0621

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
• Several years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.

I have Master degree in IT.
