Yes there are few from 0213

I hope coming couple of month will be good for 0213 and all other waiting applicant. But no one judge the working of NDVO. One of my friend with same noc 0213(me also), april applicant without AOE is already landed in june this year. May be quota system or other system factor works behind this.

I wish this time this process is continue without any hurdles & we all received MR & then Visa at the earliest so we can make our future plan accordingly.
