As per News Relaease under new fswp cic will start accepting new application from 04/05/2013
and I think by that time all the M1, M2 and M3 applicants will get through.

Dhillon Sahab,

Many congratulations on getting your visa. My application still shows in processing state and I applied for my application for NS back in 2010.

I applied in June 06 2010 and got back response from NS on Sept 28 2010. In November 2010, I sent all my application to the High Commision. In the middle of last year, I moved to USA and since then I have been working/living here.

Now, the important question is that if I get my medical, can that be extended somehow as I am not planning to go to India till October this year and how it will work out? I mean what would they be needing from my end.

Are you sure that I get my medical here in the USA? Since, my case was initiated in India, wouldn't I have to come back to India to do the medical?

AGAIN, u can 100% request medicals in any country of choice unless u reside there legally

Hello,

I agree you were right, I got request for medical and was able to do medical here in the United States. How about request for the passport? Do I need to go to India and deposit the passport with the Canadian High Commission? Also, the request was made for right of landing fees too and papers including original copy of IELTS which I have already submitted and don't have photocopy?

My category is 0213. They recently asked for PC and also, asked to fill all the forms and in one of the forms, it asks for original proof for language test?

Now, I did submit my IELTS back in 2011, so, would I need to do it again? Also, do I need to submit my passport in India or can I do that in the US?

I had my doctor's appointment here in the USA.
