Sorry to hear about the cap. I too had similar experience in 2013. Don't lose heart - try once again under Express Entry.
The process in EE should be faster. Wish you all the best.

Applicaant 30th Oct... used consultant in Canada received confirmed letter from CIC that his application received after CAP
My friend 13 Nov... he also received information about him

Me also , my 17 Nov Application date....

so game over now for noc 1111

My NOC code 0111 and VISA office NDVO.Second line got updated on 10-12-2014, but no MR till date.Any idea why this much delay???

Sorry to hear this. Seems to really confirm that this NOC is capped.

I applied under NOC 1111 and today got my all documents returned from CIC. Reason stated NOC 1111 reached 1000 cap. So people who stating that they got their documents returned is unfortunately true.. :-[
Anyways, will try now in Express Entry. All the very best to rest of you..

Got mail from CIC & Delhi immigration requesting for Medicals , RPRF and PCC, never thought they will working on Saturdays.

Have a doubt, i have already sent my PCC to NDVO in the month of January 2015, do i need to send again. Please advice.
