also i am in a similar position and trying to figure out how do we know what job duties is the VO expecting considering there are no detailed duties mentioned on the hrsdc website?
Hi, just take the general duties stated on the NOC site and then add a few of your detailed duties to this for your reference letter. The sooner you do this and apply the better because all this time you are spending over thinking the issue allows others to get it done and submit. Move fast, cheers
My application was submitted on sep 10, how long will it take to get further information on this. I have applied under NOC 0111. Can someone let me know how the process will be.
I am stuck with documents for work experience. As required in the checklist experience letter must include the following information:
a) the specific period of your employment with the company (this can be mentioned in the letterhead- no problem),
b) the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position ( second part is difficult),
c) your main responsibilities and duties in each position,(this can be mentioned in the letterhead- no problem)
d) your total annual salary plus benefits in each position and
e) the number of hours worked per week in each position. (this has problem to mention in letterhead).
There is difficulty in obtaining part b and part e.
Dear Friend My application was received back to me after 5 months, for the reason of non enclosure of the experience certificate.
My employer is not providing the same and more over if provided they will never insert complete above data in letter.
Dear seniors, Please also advice if for any reason i will be able to get the letter then do I need to apply fresh or I can forward the same letter with covering reply to objection raised with previous file documents.

In CIC Websites , my application shows "In Process"..
"We started processing your application on 2nd September 2014"
Within how much time do i have the chances of Getting MR Mail..
Thanks! But now I realised that I forgot to mention NOC 2011 code and category on the envelope Hopefully, they will open envelope as in the form 3 it is mentioned ok.

I have already applied under 1114, but i am not sure my job discriptions listed in my reference letter satisfied the VO, that's why i post it to see somebody could help me.
I have consulted one of my friends who has got per letter under 1114, he just listed his actual job responsibilities in his letter, nothing special.

first of all go to ur consultant and give him some high dose!! Is he fool??? these forms were updated 2 months ago ..now u have to send new forms properly filled with a cover letter explaining ur case and date of application rcvd and other relevant details.. hope it works
