Seniors,
I fall under 1111 category- as a Example Title of "Income Tax Expert".
I am performing all the duties mentioned, but I am not sure of the education required for this, I have done B.Com and MBA Finance with 5+ year experience and 3+ yr of relevant experience.
Could you please suggest, what are the professional qualifications required to qualify as "Income Tax Expert".
Thanks for your help!

Dear SP,
You just need to produce reference letters from your employer along with Bcom and Mcom.
Get your credentials assessed and if that matches the minimum point grid, you are in .

Thank you Paddy for your reply.
My employer will not give reference letter on the letter head, is there any other way to get something equal to them.
For Credentials assessment, I am waiting for my transcripts from KUK.
Thanks again!

Brother, patience is the key as there is no timeline cast in stone for FSW. No two applications are the same so ones person FSW journey may not be the same as another's. Better to run your own race. Once you get PER just relax and wait for your MR notification.

Sarav,
No Company can deny this. Which company you are working with?
You can take General roles and responsibility sheet specific to your role in the organisation, get it attested from HR of your company and give your managers name.
When you get them issued, don't tell HR that you need it for immigration else they will presume they are supporting attrition from company.
However you can always have reference letters by saying you need it to appear for your CPA exams in Canada or Australia. So they will have to issue the letter to you for advancement of your studies and that will be fine for immigration to assess your actual roles and responsibilities in the company. All such letters are always given " To whom so ever it may concern" so its fine if you give a reason of advancement of your studies and get them issued.
Hope this helps

Hi Shukan,
Someone from 23rd June application has received his PER today. So yours should arrive this weekend only but you can add another 3-4 days which is normal in immigration systems.
For MR, RPRF, PCC, you need to wait atleast 1.5-2 months from NDVO.
Looking at the pace, I think all files are moving at the right speed and they should complete all files before Dec 2015 as per a guess estimates ( Though NDVO average processing time is 22 months based on 80 % applications data )
Lets hope for the best and await PER and the next steps.

Question to NOC1114 applicants:
Is this the right NOC for corporate bankers (relationship managers at corporate banking division)?
The NOC description and duties are for a number of specific occupations in the NOC code which were provided as examples.
Can anyone identifies the right NOC for corporate bankers (handling credit proposals).
Regards
Thank you Paddy!
I work for Deloitte Tax Gurgaon.
I will try this option, and see if this works.
One more question about Transcripts-
I have requested Transcripts for my MBA, and not for B.Com, is it fine to have only MBA Transcripts, or we need both of them?
Thanks,
SP
SP,
Please take for Bcom and CA as well if you are a CA.( Guess you are in taxation of Delloitesss so should be a ca as well?
Paddy,
No, I am not a CA.
I work for Deloitte in US Income Tax.
Have B.Com and MBA (Finance) from Kurukshetra University.
Please suggest, do I need only MBA Transcripts, or both B.Com and MBA.
Thanks Again!

You should get both of them assessed as CIC awards extra points if you have more than 1 bachelors' degrees.

HI
If you are sending transcript for ECA i would suggest you to send all the Docs (B.Com & MBA) since there are no extra charge from the ECA (I would recommend WES) and if you are talking about Work experience, you need reference letter from you current and previous employer too confirm your job description.
Thanks

Hi Seniors,
There is no news on 1112 applications getting charged this week, or the week prior to this. Could you throw some light on why this is happening?
