This has been asked many times and many people were worried about their wage as it was low considering their job title.
I just found this in the CIC website, help center FAQ answers. The qualifying experience needs to be in NOC 0, A, or B and full-time (30 hours per week) or equivalent in part-time and a wage must be earned. but there is no minimum wage requirement for your qualifying work experience.

1) If someone earns less than minimum wage, they will likely be rejected.
2) If someone claims to be a VP and is paid $12 an hour, they are going to have an issue.
CIC will review the NOC to it's average wage/salary, if their is a huge difference, it may raise a flag.
The question is which minimum wage they will refer to : (1) minimum wage for the LMO for the given NOC, (2) minimum wage of the province set by the government

I think JSM is right, to some degree. The wage should reflect the position someone's working in.
If a university professor only gets paid $11/hour that would look weird to the VO and might bring
up some issues. However, there's no wage requirement, and it is not part of the assessment.
