Is anyone able to download ecertificate from December 6 oath? I am trying and its coming as “there is an issue with submission of oath form”. I submitted it yesterday after oath.

my family (me, wife and kid) have received a citizenship oath ceremony invite from Niagara Falls office for 19th Dec.
But i am travelling outside Canada on 15th Dec itself for a wedding on non refundable tickets with my family.
I have sent multiple emails to Niagara office to either prepone or Reschedule the Oath to a later date.
but i have not received any response from them on my situation.

what are my options ?
is there any other way to reach the case officer or office.

I was able to download ecert yesterday around 2pm. Went to passport office today and submitted passport application.

I encountered some issues joining the meeting for my scheduled oath ceremony last week. Eventually, I connected with the agent via Zoom, and he mentioned getting back to me. However, I later received a message stating that I was removed by the host, preventing me from participating in the oath ceremony. Not sure for long I wi
