I encountered some issues joining the meeting for my scheduled oath ceremony last week. Eventually, I connected with the agent via Zoom, and he mentioned getting back to me. Call them right away also there is an email included in your oath ceremony attachment which says email to reschedule, explain the situation and hopefully you get rescheduled soon.
Follow up by emailing your processing office.

Hi All..We attended virtual oath ceremony (Niagara Falls office) on Dec 6 1:15 pm..I and my wife were able to download citizenship certificates from our respective accounts yesterday but my 8 year old son's citizenship certificate is still not available...I used my account for his citizenship application so I was assuming I will be able to download it from my account but it's not there.
Can anyone please confirm if there is a different process for downloading citizenship certificates for minor

what does DM stand for? where is it listed in the tracker? My LPP was updated recently;what should i expect next? wait for invitation for oath in my email or check for updates in the tracker?

It's the same process. Did your son also receive his oath invitation?

DM is Desicion Made... it's the date they sent you the letter of invitation to the oath

Yes..my son also received the oath invitation and he attended it as well.
@chivinas were you able to download your kid's certificate on the same day i.e. the day when you downloaded your certificate or there was a lag?

Call IRCC and check with them. Same account should work.

Feb 17, 2022 applications submitted.
Aug 24, 2022 background completed.
Sep 14, 2022 citizenship test completed.
LPP is in progress ever since.
tried calling IRCC and they just tell me to wait, saying nothing is irregular with my application.
My application is with Niagara falls IRCC office with second office at Sydney.
Could anyone message me the email of Niagara falls office? I am trying to contact them.

Since your processing time has passed 16 months, I would reach out to your MP for help. They usually can give a push that may have an impact.

i just received an email with instructions to download my e certificate but my oath ceremony status still says "not started". did anyone else experienced something similar? also we are three people but the invitation code is same for all three of us. so one portal will let us download citizenship certificate for all three of us?

No I didn't send blank form as it was mentioned in the oath invite that it's not required for minors...while sending our signed forms; I did mention in the email about this as well.
