As we all know that effective Dec 1st 2018 the rules have changed and now the university or the college would have to send the transcripts directly to WES. SO does anyone know about:-

1) The process which is being followed by Delhi University?
2) The process which is being followed by Kurukshetra University?
3) Are they going to accept the January 2018 transcripts as I got those issued last year itself?
