Has anyone been successful in getting transcripts from Pt.Ravishankar University, Raipur (India) and sending them to WES? I understand that after Dec 1st, 2018 the rules have changed and the university is supposed to send the transcripts directly to WES. Has anyone been successful in achieving this?
