I am completing month this week ..so I am with u ..it never happens on time for me don’t know why already completing 1 year since AOR now don’t know how more i need to wait

I think multiple agents work on the same file. Thats why people are seeing different IDs during different stages of PR file processing.
Not necessary, if we got the first email from MK, then the eCOPR mail will also come from the same agent ID. And the eCOPR distribution does NOT seem to be in any sequence like AOR date, PR Confirmation Portal email date. Many applicants who have these dates after me have already got eCOPR.

You are 100% right. Looks like they dont follow any pattern.

There are still PR card applications submitted in late 2020 to Jan/Feb 2021 in the link, but it’s not that much. You just need to sort and filter.

EDIT: There’s one in Toronto. COPR on Jan 12 2021, got PR card in Feb 10 2021.

It says facial area is too small. You can resubmit the photo right away after being rejected!

I’d suggest you to go to Staples or Costco! I went to a private studio for the first one and got rejected.
