You’re in the wrong thread.. you don’t need the PR confirmation portal. It’s just an alternate that no one has a choice but randomly chosen for. You simply need to send your picture to get the PR Card. You’re already a PR like the COPR must read. Just follow the steps to get your PR card. I’ve read people send individual mail per applicant.
