Hi
I have a pending 2004 PR application. Currently I am one of many who are part of class action suit.
My wife is a co-applicant on my application. Now we are planning to file a new application for her (without adding me on her application).

My question is - Does she needs to withdraw her name from my pending application for starting her own application? If yes, what are the steps for that.
