Hello Friends,

I have applied for a PR under FSW category from London 3 years ago and still waiting for the result. Now I have moved from London to India. I have heard that under the new law the processing time is much faster and can get a result in 8 to 12 months!! Hence I am planning to withdraw my current application and apply for a fresh new application under FSW Category. Can anyone guide if I could do this under the Canadian Immigration Law!!!Any guidance welcome.

Best Regards,

Ziyad.

there is no need withdrawing ur current application for now. u can file another application so that the two applications can run conconrently... but when one of these applications pulls true u will av to cancell the other.

If its been 3 years then i suppose there are minimal chances of you getting a Refund at this stage! Hence, let it go and if you do qualify under the currents NOCs then go ahead..
