According to the guidelines, you need to provide at least proof that you have booked appointments or your PCC is in process, or proof that you tried but were not able to get the documents soon.

Pace of submitted applications is slowing quite a bit. From 12:24 to 12:26 PM submissions increased from 3236 to 3717 which is 481/2 = 240.5 per minute. From 1:15 to 1:26 submitted applications increased from 11,600 to 12,500 which is 900/11 = 82 per minute. Pace is down to almost a third of the peak already.

I can apply on Monday. I think everyone eligible is going to apply immediately so if I can ride the day out today I think I'm in good shape. I can't see people who qualify as of today waiting around to do it on the weekend.

I guess first in first out also means that if someone is ineligible determined by a case assistant/analyst, their application will be rejected and the spot will return to the cap. Rationale is that: the opening of the streams is in 6 months, and refund is not considered. Let’s see if it is the case
