How do people really pay their fees? Been trying for one hour and no success!

I think everybody's stuck at this thing, since the number of submitted applications don't go up as much!

Keep refreshing the link. Sooner or later the traffic hitting that page should slow down and you should be able to get in.

The thing is that it's not only one page. Each page you pass, another page come in to load! Create an account, set email, set security question...!

Now 12,276 submissions so far...pretty sure it will reach 40,000 by today

Applications peaked when the stream launched, they will peak again around 5-6 (some people are working and can't access a PC) and if by 9pm the program is not full, I'm confident it'll last at least 2-3 more days open.

No, you'll sign it electronically on the portal.
