New passport + 1more question (medical)

Hi.

I already applied CEC program, and received AOR March 2011.
I just got a quick question.

Is it ok getting new passport before medical exam or passport request.
my current passport (expiring 2012 summer) is old (dirty) so I want to get new one to travel to other country.
so when Immigration request my passport, send old one and new one together.

my 2nd question is
after I receive medical request, How many days or months will be given to take it?
I think I will receive medical request in 2months from now, and can take it 4~5 months later.

You can get a new passport. Do not need to send old one with the new one.

No one can tell you how long it will take...
