New Instructions from IRCC for applications before 7th Sep 2021

I submitted via Ircc portal for the second time, first application was in dec 2020. I dont know it is a document summarizing information whatever you fill out in the application and they have assigned a new UCI number. atleast there is some movement. My hopes were up when I received email that i have a new message but saw this 'client application summary'

Sometimes it make me wonder whether the applications submitted through specific travel agents are being given preference over the independent ones?

I've applied for trv for my mom on June 10 and reapplied visa portal on sep 12 and received biometric validity letter now. I'm not sure what is this document. Is this normal to receive this document. I was expecting to receive an update about the eligibility but wasn't sure why I received

You get that letter when your close to approval.. All the best..

By the way when did eligibility review changed? whats the current eligibility review status

you should get 2 different for both... may be in sometime you will get for your mother...

I applied today for my newborn son's visit visa for first time on IRCC portal. Me and my wife are PR. I'm in canada, my wife is in Pakistan. Any idea which visa office is handling visit visa applications for pakistanis?
