Other than that tiny change, anything more? anything for work experience for example? Thats what i'm looking for. 30 points wont help people bellow 440 who are majority of students

They seem to just be clarifying that people with a master's also get the high points whereas before it just said 3 years or more... but you cant get a master's without a degree (I'd hope) so it does just seem like a change in wording :s
I have a friend who had to leave Canada under the 4 year temp worker rule. She was devastated and we were hoping that rule would be lifted this year so she can go back as she got an (non pr) lmia now. She's going to try and activate it at the border but it will likely be refused now.

Actually nearly 3 years of work experience since one needs a minimum of 1 year work experience to qualify which gives them the initial 40 points. The subsequent points gained is +11 points per year.

I wish there was some extra points for CWE and Canadian degree but oh well, one has to be grateful for what they have given. Our petitions and complaints were heard. It's more of a level playing ground now.
I just cant wait to see what the next draw will be like.
Will those currently with 600 points from LMIA lose it or it is for subsequent LMIA holders after Nov. 19?

These "changes" are official ministerial instructions. These are the changes happening for the foreseeable future. I don't think they are going to add on any extra changes for a while now.
