Someone did point out earlier on this thread that the verbiage in that particular section hasn't really changed from the earlier MI. So IRCC may not publish rankings after all.

I am really sad.Its so frustating.....No points for siblings.....God knows if i will hear something positive from CIC.....I had been waiting long time for this announcement but now it seems there is no mention of it...all hopes are dashed.....Uff....

Even when they give points for siblings, I do not think the points will be significant. After all, EE is for economic migrants who should be assessed based on education and skills.

I am not sure about points for French. I guess the increase can be significant because French is the second official language in Canada after all.

People already get points for a second language. People also seem to forget that you don't have to speak English at all to be eligible for EE or PR.
