Usually we don't receive any email for AOR2 & for pre-arrival services letter some people have received the email and for some it gets delivered to your message folder on ECAS (In my case the pre-arrival letter got delivered to ECAS- which my consultant has access to)...

NDVO is one of the busiest visa office and my file was transferred there on Nov 13 2019. I am also waiting to hear from them. May be it will take few more months. They will complete the applicant's file in a year. So its a waiting game. Best of luck!

There were no complications, mine was a straight forward case, we are married for 10 years with a 9 year old kid, I think it is the side effect of the pandemic that caused this delay. I mean NDVO was not working from 16th March 2020 to 25th Nov 2020 on Family class application stating ongoing pandemic as a reason...
