My file transferred to New Delhi vo on 31 January and received on5 February after that no update, ECAS still showing application received

NDVO is one of the busiest visa office and my file was transferred there on Nov 13 2019. I am also waiting to hear from them. May be it will take few more months. They will complete the applicant's file in a year. So its a waiting game. Best of luck!

Line 2 on ECAS is AOR2. It shows "We started processing ..... on...". NDVO do not send separate email for AOR 2.
Line 2 was added in my ECAS 3.5 months ago. since then no update..

My file was moved from Ottawa to NDVO in July 2019
No message or update since then
Contacted NDVO many times thru webform & email -- 0 Reply from them
What do to?
Anyone else in similar situation?
Any insight on what to do?
