looks like they're prioritizing applicants from Kerala due to floods. My passport address is Kerala, but I don't live there. So my application address is not Kerala. *sigh*

For that first v have to cancel our representative . And v fear that cancelling the representative may affect the duration of PR approval

Only our representative can link it. Representative says that he is unable to do it. Same for my husband’s friends too. All same agent

Applied for my wife in Feb. Application Received: Feb 7th 2018. Then towards the end of March my wife was asked to submit PCC and Medicals. Now it is moved to New Delhi visa office as of May 9th and it shows In Process. No updates since then.

Got tired of the wait and applied for her visitors visa last week. Got a rejection today

I live in Vancouver. My wife is in Gujarat, India. How much longer? Been almost 4 months now and no updates. What to expect next?

Nothing just wait for there email. Same situation here too

So here is my whole story.
My wife and I are from Kerala
we got married in December (2017)
She did medical for a long visit visa
We applied for a visitors visa for here in January. Got rejected
Reapplied for visitors visa in February. Got rejected Again.
Gave up visitors visa and applied for PR in March. I put together the package myself. Provided only what they asked, Nothing less, nothing more
Got sponsorship approval, but we didn't receive the NDVO transfer. So I ended up calling CIC to see what was going on.
They said they might process my application in Mississauga. But then after a couple of weeks, I got an email stating our file got transferred to NDVO.
Everything from then on seems slow as everyone here and we were prepared to wait for 12 Months.
I was checking CIC pretty much every day knowing that process is 12 months long. Then I stopped checking.
I booked a flight to go back to my wife in September and be with her for a month (Return by end of October)
On August 23rd, we got a notification to check GCKey account. They send the prearrival to GCKey.
But I was pessimistic and said to myself, that's just random and we will still have to wait till January.
Things really changed for us when we got the passport request (12 hours after receiving the Pre-arrival)
Now I have booked the same flight for her to come back with me in October
This is a miracle. I know what you all are going through. But stay positive
Ask me if you need to know anything more about our application
