I’m from Quebec. So when i’ve got the email regarding my application that has been forwarded to New Delhi so i had to submit the Quebec papers too. And they approved also but then waiting for the New Delhi updates

5th july and medical requested on 10th july

honestly, we all are waiting for the answer to this question as well. I submitted my medical around mid April and am still waiting for the passport request. I am not a 100% sure but i think it takes about 4 - 5 months once the file is transferred to Delhi

Is this my SA?
I already have my AOR1 and Medical Request.
