Thanks a lot. I visited his office. I didn’t get any clue on GCMS notes. MP did inquiry on the same day and told file has been approved.

I didn’t know him before. His office is just 5 minutes away from where I live. I visited him directly and requested to do inquiry on my file.
You can approach your area’s MP. They do have right to call CIC diretly and ask for an update.

How many months are considered late for birth registration by cic?

Want to sponsor my wife from india. She was born in feb and birth registered in may same year, shall i consider it registered late and add other original docs as additional proofs or 4 months gap will not be considered registered late?

My answer is yes ..submit whatevr proof you can as per checklist
Check with birth and death registration office for your state taht how many days is considered late but I think it’s the same for every state which is within 21 days of birth so anything later than that is late
My husbands was only 10 days after his birth but still we did submit evrything and an affidavit of self declaration
Birth certificate is a very imp document so I submitted evrything with our app to avoid any further delays later in process
So I strongly recommend yes submit evry additional valid proof you can
