Agreed.. hopefully they see our pain rather than our sarcasm and get the process quicker... its about time march applications are already entered 9th month eith no update...

nope, I was so hopeful today I really dont understand. There is no movement in 2016 or 2017 forums for spousal sponsorship. It does not make any sense. Only god knows!

I did the MP inquiry and he said your file is in line for final review and decision.I dont know how long they will be taking for that.

A couple of people on this forum stated the same thing about being in queue for final review when they contacted New Delhi VO; how long is final review exactly? Most of us are all on our 8th and 9th month already! Eligibility has passed for about 20-30 of us according to the spreadsheet; BGC has been in process for over a month for many of us as well. New Delhi should at least email us and give us a timeframe like they did back in May for many Applicants!

Here is my Status applied on August 22 (Outland) in Missisuaga office, and November 2 application send to New Delhi VO:

Current Status:
--> Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
--> Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
--> Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
--> Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.
--> Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
--> Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
--> Background check: Not applicable.
--> Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Sch A, PCC and photo were uploaded as requested on Oct 31.

Anyone know, why BG check shows "Not applicable". Its odd.

Give it some time it goes to application in progress and all wait time starts.. nothing to worry at this point for you..
