I have a very Urgent QUESTION.. As a sponsor if i see my ECAS...it was showing in process and now it says DM.. On the other Hand if I see my SPOUSES ECAS...it says Application received...How shud we take this..Iam confused...Plz help..

It means DM for sponsorship approval.What is your application date?

Any idea what time of the day they usually send PPR or what day of a week???

yes they called me on April 05 and asked for additional docs but it never showed on mycic that they need additional docs, but i emailed them the same day

Do not worry.....gc key system is not up to date....

I had additional document request and it never show up that they have received it..... (actually they have received it by Fed Ex courier)

I got DM and Passport Request too...so do not worry....

Have’t received passport back yet from CPC Ottawa…

I called CIC agent and he told me that officer has sent my passport to printing room on April 25

And it has been in queue in printing room…….someone from printing room will print visa and mail passport back to me……

Waiting is so much frustrating…..I know some people, who sent passport to Ottawa after me already received it back….

I sent in the passport today. So looking at the trend it will come whenever. I just wanted to ask if you received it so I can may be guess a timeline.

document received by delhi office via fed ex courier: March 3

March 9: bg went to progress

march 29: decision made

april 5: passport request

Yes i m 23 august applicant.my gc key shows same progress from a long time.

Any one have any idea how long they will take to start Background Check. They never requested any documents from me but it says in here and yes i just updated the address.
