CIC.GC.CA says average time of processing NDVO is 19 months, including 41 days for Sponcer's Eligibility and still people here are getting PPR in less then 2 months ... strange.......

Hi Dev,

It is strange and also infuriating for those who have been waiting for almost a year now. I am honestly praying for every 2015 applicant. We all went through the same feeling when express entry came in. People who applied 6 months after me got their PR months before I did. I hope it all gets sorted out soon and NDVO starts processing everybody's application as fast as they did for first quarter applicants of 2016. Hang in there and good luck to all.

I'd say yes - I ordered mine last week and I'm Feb 11th applicant. Mine is first marriage but not so straightforward as well so I do expect some likelihood of being called for an interview.
