After we re-submitted medical last week (it had expired), status changed next day to "Medical passed" on GCkey and "Medical received" on ECAS. Isn't ECAS supposed to reflect passed as well? i know it is never real time but curious. i guess when we are frustrated we are just anxious.

I am Oct 11 applicant. I got decision made in onlinetool yesterday night and in GCKEY background check in progress...

I already in Canada under workpermit. if they ask passport request I can submit in Ottawa itself right?

Please guide from your experience

after decision made how long it takes to PPR request?
and anybody already in Canada have submitted passport in Canada office after passport request?

I am is here(in canada) on TRV and will be here for next 5 months or If I am lucky to get my COPR before that.....

My question is Do I need to update my new canada current address and phone number ? and what is the process, my file is in NDVO not in canada.

You need to update your phone num and current address in Canada either by mail or my online tool, so once they take ur file they will use those information to contact you.

I think mine is before you. If they would think they can't process it before expiry, NDVO could have sent a remedical request.

They cant send remedical before it expires......thats why may be they are holding files upto that time.....
