OCAS update as of now.

We received your application for PR on September 16, 2016.
We started processing your application on November 1, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

What would be the next step ? no sure how long they will take now ? Sad

My bg in process since 18th april. No update yet. My medical is expired on 7th may. Will cic request me remedical any idea?. Its a very frustrating waiting process. Waiting from almost 15 months.

I think we all esp. the applicants belonging to the New Delhi Visa office should write up their concerns like mine, that we have not been hearing any updates lately compared to other visa offices. This might bump them a little and put pressure on the NDVO to start processing the files a bit quicker and update people.

I keep posting on n off with the same concern i.e. to speed up and deliver timely updates for the spousal applications.

Any idea how many Nov applicants? The spread shit shows 5-6 applicants which I believe not true.

I submitted my application in the month of October and they updated the online tool saying "In process" i.e., they have received the application on Oct 25, 2016 > started the application process on Dec 1, 2016 > medical results received. I thought it was going faster but since last 5 months there were no updates at all.

The Delhi Immigration sent an email requesting the PCC and right to pr application fee receipt, which we submitted upfront. Since then there was no update until April 7, 2017.

On April 7, I received an email saying they're gonna start processing my application in the month of may and get back to me in July. I don't get it, they said they already started processing my application in the month of December.
How long will it take for the HC to make a decision and send a request for my passport?
I'd also like to know if it would be a wise idea to apply for a visitor visa at this stage, so I can meet my husband, who is a Canadian citizen.
Please advise. Thanks!

Hi NDVO started processing my file on Dec 1 as well.My app date is Oct 21.All the Oct applicants received the same email from CIC.Lot of Oct applicants are getting their DM now so I am hoping we get ours soon!
