What kind of proofs do they want was to show that our relationship is genuine???

I have so many pictures from the past and present being in reltionship, Went to diff country toegther for a honeymoon,Call history talking everyday or twice/three times a day, Emails,Sending $$, facebook status, pictures on facebook,hotel receipt, Plane tickets of my parents visiting my partner etc....Even planning to visit soon..uffffffff :-\

Any point of time any body got interview after note in GCMC stating interview waiver recommended.

I need your help as I want to apply on my own to sponsor my wife. I became PR last year and went back to get married. Now after getting married in december, I'll return back to Canada. I want to know how long after staying there, can I apply to sponsor her? what if I don't get a job immediately? moreover I have not earned and hence have no tax papers, what is the correct way to apply. Please help me.

reception, wedding hall dates of their receipts and also group photos of both you and

His time line-
Application filled- may2012
Medical done- April 2012
Passport submitted-aug 2012
Interview - may 2013 & approved
Re medical -July 2013
Call to conferm address - last week of oct, (n said it's still in process,)
Pasport rec with visa - 8 nov2013
Dm on ecas- 11 nov2013

Good to know..Thanks for the info...At the moment, I dont care how long it takes...its matter of getting visa...I just hope everyone gets visa with no rejection..... ???

yes there was one case where notes mentioned 'interview waiver recommended' before the strike and 'interview required' after the strike in second notes..don't remember if I saw it 2012 or 2013 NDVO forum

you have every right to get mad for all this delay....it is a matter of luck and the whole process is insane as it is not based on 'first come, first served' and holding the passport early in the process does not make sense

Forgot to mentione that lol I have that too...

short of dragging your partner to the visa office and show them that he/she is your partner and the relationship is genuine, do whatever (legally) you can to strengthen your case

Yeah....but till 12.30PM IST..there is Nothing for me and it is the same as it was on 30th Oct 2012, Bloody more than 12 months and still "In Process" What they are waiting for??? checking our patience that how we are maintaining the relation by living apart............
