Yeah....but till 12.30PM IST..there is Nothing for me and it is the same as it was on 30th Oct 2012, Bloody more than 12 months and still "In Process" What they are waiting for??? checking our patience that how we are maintaining the relation by living apart............

It is NOT a transparent system in CIC....nothing like First come First serve.....I am regretting why I gave information of my long travel history??? they could never find about it. It is for them to making an excuse about the criminality check. They should understand that if a person traveled a lot for his/her business that mans he have a clear record of travel ..saale high school pass baithey hain wahan par VO bann kar ..........sarkaari damaad.........HUNH

I think all of us have maid many inquiry's. we have tried any possible thing. . and all.. .. speaking for my slef I have sent so many emails.. to ndvo.. mp inquiry.done ..gcms notes.. still no answer... I feel like they don't just care..

We are a bit stuck... We have our interview day set for December 3, 2013 but my husband's passport is in New Delhi - in May they requested his passport & RCMP clearance cert.- my husband has been living with me in Vancouver as he was previously here on a student visa, so he is literally stuck in Canada until they send us his passport... Our lawyer sent an email requesting it be sent back ASAP... so we are just sitting waiting.. we may or may not have to postpone our interview I am hoping with everything that Immigration in New Delhi can get their stuff together and send his passport to his parents in India this week.... What a mess Immigration made of our lives by going on strike for 6 months...

But I am wondering if anyone has interview experiences to share??

lot of problems could be averted if New Delhi visa office does not ask for passport early in the process and keeps on hold for ever...i hope you get your passport soon..

from what I have read in 2013 forum and this forum, interviews can last for an hour or more, questions about the relationship (how you met, who were present at the wedding, one member was asked about her religion..etc..nothing to trap you just basic to check if the relationship is genuine or not)..one member was called just to produce the originals..in this forum I read about someone was treated badly (in that case family issues created problems) at the interview and was denied...

After reading the 2013 forum with so many IP DM or passports with visas good news everyday all i think abt is tht i shud have sponsored my husband in 2013 instead of 2012..

No point of visiting. We called and I called them. They said they don't have access to our applications ones the app is sent to New Delhi visa office so it's all up to them.. Which sounds so ridiculous.. How can you not have access to application.. Thy want you to spend $5 to ur GCMS notes and that's for sure.. After all they care about $$$$ ONLy

Did you order notes? I seriously feel bad for all of you. God please help them !!!!!
