hi im sponsoring my wife, on the cic.gc.ca site it says decision made:

We received your application to sponsor Gagandeep on November 8, 2012.
We started processing your application on January 17, 2013.
We sent you a letter on February 4, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

and under application received it says:

We received Gagandeep's application for permanent residence on November 8, 2012.
Medical results have been received.

any ideas how much longer it will take?

Hi anurkk ,

It took for months to update my husbands address . The new address showed up on ecas . We had sent 2 mails for updating n had done online as well .

Once you send the mail and do the online change, eventually it will appear in eCas but i am sure they will have it in your file much before that. So nothing much to worry on that. Maybe after couple of weeks send a case specific enquiry, if you are lucky you might get a response. All the best!
