hi im sponsoring my wife, on the cic.gc.ca site it says decision made:

We received your application to sponsor Gagandeep on November 8, 2012.
We started processing your application on January 17, 2013.
We sent you a letter on February 4, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

and under application received it says:

We received Gagandeep's application for permanent residence on November 8, 2012.
Medical results have been received.

any ideas how much longer it will take?

No one knows the exact time frame.ND office has 10 months time frame to process visa...Applicants got visa within 4-5 months and some are waiting for more than a year...Just wait and watch game starts for you..
