As you r April aaplicant expect ur visa in second week of september if ur case is straight forward now they are working on march files rest god knows or wait for atleast 2 months after PPR And date of delivery 28 April I did nt get it

Hi ashundal,
Please help me, I applied in feb 23rd and got ppr on June 18th after that I heard nothing from new Delhi.
I recently contacted new Delhi and they said my file is under early review, what does that mean? Does that means my BC and SC has been done already and now they are reviewing my file ?
I am so worried as all the February applicants have already got their passports back.
It's 1st marriage of mine and my spouse, love marriage with 1.5 years relationship and phone list for this time has been provided along with photographs and other proofs of relationship.

PPR means PassPort Request and DM stands for Decision Made

Please share your timeline... Means when did you send yr application , yr sponsorship approval date and when was yr PPR?

There are very few people who got visa within 5 months after applying, as per senior members on this forum, it takes about 2 months after PPR for DM. So don't be sad and keep waiting hope you get DM soon

After PPr , minimum of two months is required..Right now they are working on March Applications ..

My application was received on 9th July and since then NOTHING..
I have H1B stamped and my company is planning for my travel in November.. I dont know what to do..
There is nothing in any forum where I can get clear info that how can I transfer my PP from US to India when I get PPR..
