Did they tell you to do your medicals again. By when do you have to enter Canada as per the date on the visa...

it could be either email or mail...99% of the times it is email...

Hi All,

Question regarding processing time. Current time on Canada Immigration Website for India New Delhi office is shown to be 66 days (Sponser approval) + 9 months (assessment of person sponsered) .

cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp


that adds upto around 11 months. My question is, does it really takes that much time to process applications. or if its for a rare case. Please share your views as I have to decide my marriage date accordingly. Please include how much time it showed at ur time and how much time it actually took for u to get ur passport in hand with visa on it.

yes they asked me to do medicals second time. They gave me 1 year's time until which i should enter Canada.
