It took almost five and half months to complete whole process.

I have been in Australia for 3 years on student visa as well. Apart from that case was straight forward.

Today when I checked Ecas, my status changed from 'Application Received' to 'In process'.

I hope I get my Second PPR soon and visa be issued.

Medical is valid for 1 year from date of check up. Your have to be in canada before that date.

Hi all,

It's been a week already after DM and i still haven't received my PP. Anyone familiar with this situation? I want to know are the post office people efficient enough? My mailing address is my office address so I'm kind of wondering what's going on? I live in Bangalore. Does it take time for passport to be sent down south? Or should i visit the local post office and inquire?

Another query is: What happens if someone misses receiving the PP. Does it go back to CIC or the local post office?

I'm literally worried.

Please help

Medical is valid for 1 year from date of check up. Your have to be in canada before that date.

I think u need to enquire first ur local post office bocz most of the people got their PP with stamp within 5-7 working days..after that u need to contact NDVO..hope u will get ur PP soon

Today it is the 6th working day. I am going to go and visit the PO in that case.
Most people in this forum received it in about 3 working days !
