I am an December 2013 applicant and came see to My spouse in April 2013 for three month long vacation and wish to stay in india for entire duration of her procedure.. will it create any problem or is it ok? my company will rehire me as soon as i am back,i heard some couple stay together for the entire duration of the process in their home country and as soon as my wife get her visa stamped does she had to travel canada in few days or she will get few months time to enter canada for landing.

ya u can stay wid ur spouse during the process, but it depends

about visa it depends on te expiry date if the visa. that will

Last 2 refusals, hubbay had gone to interview, they both went horrible, the interviewer had told him at the end I'm not satisfied with this relation. But that has not happened to you ...
Then about in 2 weeks he reciveid pp with refusal letter in the mail, and in Canada I got in the mail an appeal letter that we had to sign and send back. He was devastated. I know that they can extend the medicals, when did you get urs done??Have you thought about contacting your MP an getting some answers on ur file.
I am so upset my status was changed to DM two weeks ago and I havent received my passport yet. I have done MP inquiry I am just waiting for her reply. I dont know why are they taking so long to send my passport
