I have completed my 2yrs diploma in April 2012 and got 3 yrs work permit.
I had worked from 15 Aug 2012 to 15 Dec 2012 (4 Months) for a ABC company as a Network Support Technician - NOC 2281
I again started to work at XYZ company as a Systems Analyst - NOC 2282 from 02 Jan 2013 to 20 Dec 2013 (I will not be able to complete ONE complete year, will be leaving back to India)
1) Will I be considered in CEC class as my NOC are different?
2) Is it mandatory to work only for one company to complete the 12 months work experience?
3) Which Sub-CAP do I need to apply 2281 or 2282 ?
4) What is the criteria of the new CAP system, if the CAP or SUB- CAP is filled will the applications sent be in queue or sent back to the applicant?
1. You can have multiple NOC jobs, as long as they are under NOC 0, A, B (see new list).
2. You can have different jobs with different companies.
3. I would choose NOC 2282, since you have almost 1 year on that + NOC 2281 as supporting.
4. I am not sure how the cap system would work out for people whose application, did not reach on time, but I feel they are just going to return it, with a letter saying "Thank you, cap has been reached, apply after xx/xx/xxxx."
1) Will I be considered in CEC class as my NOC are different? As long as you meet the requirements, yes.
2) Is it mandatory to work only for one company to complete the 12 months work experience? No, that is not a requirement.
3) Which Sub-CAP do I need to apply 2281 or 2282 ? Not sure what you mean. You don't "apply" for a sub-CAP. You apply using the appropriate NOC(s), CIC determines whether or not the category is open or full. Probably you would have to get your application in before EITHER NOC is full. (So, both caps would apply to you).
4) What is the criteria of the new CAP system, if the CAP or SUB- CAP is filled will the applications sent be in queue or sent back to the applicant? Returned. CIC will probably post on the website which NOCs are full, but that won't be for some time.
