I am applying next week as well and waiting for my birth certificate from home as well as IELTS results.
As for T4, I am including the one from 2011... Would that be ok, you think???

I dont think, they will return your application. But you precess may take longer due to postal delay!!!
Which communication address you gave? Canada or Country of Origin?

Quick question on General Application Form.

Under application details: question 7 - Have you received your Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)?
What are we supposed to do with this question?
I don't have a CSO (don't even know what it is..) and have never applied for one.

Regular mail anything from Canada post can go to p.o. box

Based on what I could gather from this forum, I used 'UPS' and the price I paid was really worth it.
London to NS ... straight 20 hours.

my application was received by GLEN today at 2:10PM eastern time ...
i also used UPS .... took 22hrs

...now the waiting begins ...

This may sound really silly but if I were to send it via FedEx or UPS, that would be "by courier" and should be mailed to:
