Hi Experts,
Is a new Canadian branch eligible to do intra company transfer. I got confused from that condition mentioned here

are transferring to an enterprise that has a qualifying relationship with the enterprise in which they are currently employed, and will be undertaking employment at a legitimate and continuing establishment of that company (where 18–24 months can be used as a reasonable minimum guideline);

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ral-requirements-r205-exemption-code-c12.html

My conditions are as below
1- senior manager for an American based company working at asian branch for 1.5 years
2-Highly skilled NOC
3- The Canadian branch is opened since one month, is employer eligible for ICT or the Canadian branch must have certain tenure to be eligible for the ICT
4- Egyptian national

Am i eligible for ICT?

How many employees do they have?

In Canada at the moment two PR holders, globally 160

That may make it challenging to be approved for an ICT. Hard to argue that an executive is required to manage operations that only include two staff. Are there plans to substanially increase the number of staff in Canada in the near future?

That's good.

It's honestly hard for any of us to say what your chances of approval are. Your company will have to try applying and put together a strong application for why your transfer to Canada is required. Goodf luck.
