im working as a live in caregiver for almost 19 months now, i have 14 days vacation each year. i didn't take my vacation last year and im planning to have a vacation this coming april. can i get my 14 days vacation last year and 14 days vacation this year for a total of 28 days? thanks

You have to discuss that with your employer. It also depends on the employment standards in your province. After you worked for a year, you got your right to the 2 weeks you are taking in April. You may not actually have a claim to the other 2 weeks until after you have worked 24 months.

actually im working here in toronto ontario, i dont have problem with my employer if i will have 28 days vacation

You have to be sure you have a valid TRV and is multiple; for as long as your employer is allowing you to have a 28 day vacation then you should be okay. Obtain a letter from your employer stating you are allowed to have the vacation and you are going back to work for him/her after your vacation is over.

so am i good to have my 28 days vacation? cause im worried about it, thanks

If you have valid multiple entry visa, valid work permit, a letter from your employer allowing you to go on a vacation for 28 days and that you're coming back to work for him/her, then you're good to go. Enjoy your vacation :)
