How do I calculate vacation pay for my live-in caregiver? I looked at the provincial labour website but confused. I gave her 10 paid days vacation a year as per the contract. Do I still need to give her 4% of her annual salary as extra vacation pay?
 
Just pay her as normal for the two weeks. (Regular hours per the contract.) Nothing else required.
